Where is HK Furniture located?
Our showroom is in Kireka, Kampala, Uganda. We are open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can find us on Google Maps at coordinates 0.346033, 32.643451.
Do you deliver furniture outside Kampala?
Yes! We deliver furniture throughout Uganda. We regularly deliver to Entebbe, Jinja, Mukono, Wakiso, Mbarara, and other areas. Contact us on WhatsApp for delivery times and pricing.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Ready-made items in our showroom can be delivered within 1-3 days in Kampala. Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks depending on complexity and materials. We'll give you a timeline when you place your order.
Can I customize furniture to my own specifications?
Absolutely! Custom furniture is our specialty. Send us your design ideas, measurements, and material preferences via WhatsApp. We'll provide a quote within 24 hours and build it to your exact specifications.
What materials do you use?
We use locally sourced Ugandan hardwoods including mahogany, pine, and mvule. All wood is properly dried, treated, and finished to withstand Uganda's tropical climate. We also use quality upholstery fabrics, hardware, and finishes.
Do you offer interior design services?
Yes! We offer professional interior design consultation for homes, offices, hotels, and commercial spaces. Our services include space planning, color consultation, furniture selection, and complete room transformations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel), bank transfer, and cash. For custom orders, we typically require a 50% deposit with the balance due on delivery.
Can I visit your showroom to see the furniture?
Yes! We encourage you to visit our Kireka showroom to see, touch, and sit on our furniture. Our team will help you find the perfect pieces for your home or office. No appointment needed.
